Sanjay Saraogi, born in 1969, is a prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and a dedicated member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly.
He has earned a strong reputation for his commitment to public service and social work, making significant contributions to the Darbhanga constituency.
Sanjay Saraogi first entered the Bihar Legislative Assembly in February 2005, marking the beginning of a distinguished political career.
He was re-elected in October 2005 and again in 2010, securing victories with substantial margins. In the 2015 Bihar assembly election,
he defeated the Mahagathbandhan candidate and former mayor Om Prakash Kheria by 7,000 votes.
Recognising his leadership and contributions, Sanjay Saraogi was appointed Chairman of the Prakalan Samiti in April 2018. His continued popularity
and effective representation were reaffirmed in the 2020 Bihar Assembly Election, where he secured another significant victory.
